| Mr William Michael O'Keeffe
App.Sc (Metallurgy) Mr
O’Keeffe commenced work with Mt Isa Mines in 1975. He held a series of
positions, rising to Executive Management level in commercial
activities. In 1995 he became Managing Director of Glencore Australia
Pty Ltd and held this position until July 2004. Mr O'Keeffe is
currently a director of BMA Gold Limited and has previously held
directorships in Anaconda Nickel Limited and Mt Lyell Mining Co Limited.

Mr Steve Mallyon
(B Bus, MBA, CPA) Mr Mallyon was appointed Managing Director on 1 August 2008 and assumed responsibility for the operating activities and financial performance of Riversdale and its operations and projects in Australia and Africa. Mr Mallyon has over 20 years’ experience in the natural resources and construction material sectors, with extensive operational, project development and corporate finance experience. He was previously Managing Director of RBC Capital Markets, and has held senior executive roles with Billiton Plc, RGC Limited and MIM Holdings Limited, including exposure to mining operations in Australia, Africa, South America and a number of emerging markets in Asia. Mr Mallyon does not hold any other directorships.

Mr Niall Lenahan
BCOMM, MBA, CA (Aust), FCA (IRE) Mr Lenahan has over 25 years experience in the resources sector as a
finance executive. He was previously CFO of Kingsgate Consolidated
Limited and prior to that CFO of AurionGold Limited and Goldfields
Limited. He has broad commercial and financial experience in industries
involved in mineral resources, construction/engineering and shipping/
transport. Mr Lenahan has previously acted as a director of Goldfields
Kalgoolie Limited. |

Mr Richard Potts
ARSM, BSc Mining Engineering,
FIMM, FAusIMM, C.Eng has over 40 years experience in the minerals
industry and has worked in Zambia, South Africa, Oman, UK and
Australia. He is a mining engineer by profession, and has broad
experience across a wide range of minerals, ranging from exploration to
finished mineral products. He has held senior management or consulting
positions with a number of mining companies including Rio Tinto,
Pasminco and Mt Isa Mines. Mr Potts is currently Non-Executive Chairman
of Albidon Limited, an ASX-listed mining exploration and development
company and a Non-Executive Director of Mintails Limited, Copper Strike Limited and Indophil Resources NL

Mr Andrew Love
BCOM, FCA, MAICD is a senior partner
in the firm Ferrier Hodgson, Charted Accountants. As a partner of
Ferrier Hodgson and a Non- Executive Director of a number of resource
companies, he has had extensive experience in the energy and resources
sectors both within Australia and internationally. Mr Love is currently
Non-Executive Chairman of Roc Oil Limited, a Non-Executive Director of
PrimeLife Corporation Limited and a Director of the Museum of
Contemporary Art, Sydney.

Jim Coleman: Project Development Manager: South Africa
BE Mining (Hons), 1st Class Mgt
Cert. Mr. Coleman joined the company in January 2008. He has
previously held senior positions in the Australian coal mining industry
in Central Queensland (Saraji and Blackwater), New South Wales and
Western Australia. Mr. Coleman founded and directed a major Australian
mining consultancy firm and has extensive experience in exploration,
feasibility studies, mine operation, mine development and training. |

Peet Snyders: Operations: South Africa
Peet Snyders joined Riversdale in
November 2004, after a distinguished career with Anglo American
Corporation and Kumba Resources in coal, platinum and iron ore
operational management. Peet's background includes considerable
experience of mechanised methods of coal mining, and business
optimisation.

Steve Thomas joined Riversdale in
January 2005 from the automotive industry, where he held senior roles
in a number of major South African automotive-related companies.
Steve's background includes financial and general management roles with
a strong emphasis on business improvement.

Sydney Parkhouse: Operations: Mozambique
Mr Parkhouse
joined the company in February 2007. He has previously held senior
positions in the mining industry in Southern Africa and South America,
including Engineering Manager and Senior Project Manager with Anglo
Coal. Mr Parkhouse has extensive experience in mine engineering,
construction, pre-feasibility and project functions.

Roshnee Bardien: Group General Manager Human Resources and Industrial Relations
Roshnee Bardien joined Riversdale Holdings in November 2006 as Human Resources Executive responsible for operations within South Africa. Mrs. Bardien led the team that concluded ZAC’s first successful wage negotiations in 2007, having signed a two-year agreement. An Industrial Psychologist by profession, Mrs. Bardien has held senior positions for large corporates and multinationals in South Africa and abroad. Mrs. Bardien’s areas of expertise extend to human resource development, industrial relations, policy design and development. Prior to joining Riversdale, Mrs. Bardien held the position of Human Resources Director for RoyalSechaba – a subsidiary of Mvelaphandha Resources (Pty) Ltd.
